Explanation:
1. This machine is suitable for handling PP, PE and other types of material’s bottle for filling, capping and electro thermal sealing.
2. When machine stops in the middle of production, electro thermo head will depart from bottle mouth, it can prevent over-heating, which causes the damage of bottle mouth during the middle of machine stops.
3. When changing to different bottle sizes, it only needs to change the star wheel, and guide, our star wheel is a ridge type fixed position without any adjustment.
4. When changing to different bottle sizes, bottle height uses motor-driven lifter.
5. Machine uses inverter variable speed control from 10 bottles to 100 bottles.
